The Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission has issued a useful schedule of events marking the 20th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square crackdown.

Wednesday, June 3:

4 – 6 p.m., Capitol Visitor Center (Room H-215), Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. Briefing and press conference sponsored by the Wei Jingsheng Foundation

6:30 p.m., Asia Society, 725 Park Avenue, New York, NY: Preview screening of “Portraits of Lives Lost and the Quest for Justice.” This screening is sponsored by Human Rights in China.

Thursday, June 4
