		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the link and this great post.  It seems increasingly evident that the St. Petersburg liberals are losing patience with the Putin loyalists in the Duma.  For example, one can think of 100 more urgent legislative actions to undertake in this economic crisis, yet we have the extension of presidential terms in just 50 days - like an emergency.

There really isn&#039;t a good explanation for that, and I would suspect that even previously supportive citizens would suspect that the government is not pursuing the national interests.]]></description>
